Refund Policy

All reservation must be fully prepaid or Guarantee by Major Credit Card before check in.


Time required for Cancellation or Change:

PEAK SEASON (2006 Dec 21 check-in to 2007 Jan 3 check-out)

45 or more days prior to arrival 100% refund
30 or more days prior to arrival 50% refund
Less than 30 days prior to arrival or 'No Show' - NO REFUND

HIGH SEASON (2006 Dec 1 check-in to Dec 21 check-out; 2007 Jan 3 check-in to May 1 check-out) 

30 or more days prior to arrival 100% refund
14 or more days prior to arrival 50% refund
Less than 14 days prior to arrival or 'No Show' - NO REFUND

GREEN SEASON (2006 July 1 check-in to Dec 1 check-out)

7 days or more prior to arrival 100% refund

4 days or more prior to arrival 50% refund

Less than 4 days prior to arrival or 'No Show' - NO REFUND
 

  • “No Show'”- NO REFUND

·         When there is an overlap of seasons in a reservation, the busier season’s policy applies.

Refund may take up to 4 weeks from the time of notice. Depend of the

Bank or Credit Card company.
