30 or more days prior to arrival 50% refund
Less than 30 days prior to arrival or 'No Show' - NO REFUND
HIGH SEASON (2006 Dec 1 check-in to Dec 21 check-out;
2007 Jan 3 check-in to May 1 check-out)
30 or more days prior to arrival 100% refund
14 or more days prior to arrival 50% refund

GREEN SEASON (2006 July 1 check-in to Dec 1

busier season’s policy applies.
